This blog is intended to provide regular updates on Residential Tenancy law in Ontario as well as other legal topics of interest to the writer. The majority of entries will be based on Appellate level decisions; however changes to laws and procedures will also be covered.

Petar's Legal Experience

Petar earned an LL.B. and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004. After his call to the bar in 2005, Petar worked in a general law practice in Stoney Creek Ontario as well as the Community Legal Clinic in Brantford, Ontario. As a provincially appointed adjudicator, Petar was a Member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for ten years from 2009 through to the end of 2019.

Petar's Community Involvement

Petar served on the Board of the Haldimand Norfolk Children’s Aid Society from 2007 through 2013 and as President for the 2011-2013. Petar currently serves on the Board of his parish where he also volunteers regularly. Petar is also an active member of the Stevan Mokrajnac Choir.
